Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1/2 cup of water
    1 1/2 Tbl oil (canola or olive oil)
    1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
    1/2 cup fruit juice sweetened granola (or on hand)
    2 1/2 cups of bread flour
    3/4 cup wheat flour
    2 Tbl powdered milk (I omitted)
    1 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
    2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast


Directions

Makes 10 1/2 inch slices

Put all the ingredients in the inner pan in the order listed. Select Basic Wheat cycle, Light setting of the equivalent setting for your machine. Push start.
