Ingredients

    1 can garbonzo beans
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
    6 Kalamata or black olives
    1/2 fresh lime, juiced (juice only)
    1/4 cup sliced red bell pepper
    olive oil (approx. 1/4 cup)

Directions

Place all ingredients (except oil) in a food processor. Whirl on high speed while streaming in olive oil. Process until smooth, add a small amount of olive juice if needed for consistency.
