    1.5 LB ROUND STEAK, SLICED THIN
    1 BUNCH BROCCOLI, SLICED THIN
    2 CUPS THINLY SLICED ONION
    6 CUPS WHITE RICE (COOKED ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS)
    1 TBSP EACH SZECHUAN SPICY STIR FRY SAUCE AND KIKOMAN STIR FRY SAUCE.


Directions

START COOKING THE RICE, ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS ON PACKAGE. MEANWHILE SLICE THE STEAK , BROCCOLI, AND ONIONS INTO THIN SLICES. COOK MEAT OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT ONTIL ABOUT 3/4 OF THE WAY DONE, THEN ADD ONIONS AND BROCCOLI TO PAN. COVER AND STEAM, THIS WILL CONTINUE TO COOK THE BEEF WITHOUT OVER-OOKING IT. WHEN VEGITABLES ARE CRISP-TENDER, ADD SUACES. STIR AND SERVE OVER RICE.
