Sweet way to change up the same old salmon patties. Sweet way to change up the same old salmon patties.
Number of Servings: 3


    10oz canned boneless skinless salmon
    2 tblsp Honey
    2tsp Dijon mustard
    3 dashes Woceshire sauce
    1tbsl finely grated onion
    1 egg white
    1 slice Reduced calorie (light) wheat bread crumbed


Combine all ingredients into a large bowl.

Seperate out into 3 equal sized portions.

Pat out each portion into burger like patties.

Cook in a non stick skillet on Medium heat until each side is browned and cooked threw (about 7 min on each side.)

Serve on a wheat bun or eat without. Delicious and something different!

  • These were good, but sweeter than I prefer. I would like to make them again with a different balance of ingredients. Less honey, more dijon, onion, and worcestershire sauce. - 2/4/10
