Ingredients

    16 oz cottage cheese (I use 2% fat content)
    4 egg whites
    1.5 cups of whole great flake cereal
    1 cup diced walnuts
    .25 cup diced onion
    1 packet onion soup/dip mix (I use Fantastic brand - it's natural)
    2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, put in loaf pan, bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees F.
