Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large (about 7" dia)
    Hanover Tomato Soup 3lb 2oz can
    Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup
    Water, tap, 4 cup

Directions

shread the cabage into a large gressed pan
sprinkle the rice& onion over the cabbage
pour suop over the cabbage & rice along with the water
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over everything
cover with foil and bake at 375 for 2 1/2 hours
should make 12 1 cup servings

    I'm trying this one tomorrow for supper. Cabbage is so inexpensive and nutritious I like making it a couple of times a week. I think I'll add some white beans for extra protein. - 1/8/09

    Incredible!
    Delicious! I had to substitute 1 can of Campbell's Tomato soup instead of the Hanover, so equal parts water and condensed can of soup (284 mL) plus an additional 3 cups of water. It turned out great! Hard to stop at one serving though! This was really good, thank you for sharing it! - 12/20/08

    Incredible!
    excellent! I did add 16oz 93/7 ground beef to the recipe and switched 8 oz mozzarella for the parmesan cheese. Thanks for sharing your recipe- my mom and dad loved it too. - 10/15/08
