Introduction

This is a good quick breakfast in the morning, you can also use a tortilla instead of the bread if you are on the go. This is a good quick breakfast in the morning, you can also use a tortilla instead of the bread if you are on the go.

Ingredients

    1 Whole egg (yolk and white)
    2 Egg Whites
    1.5 tbs. onion
    2 slices of tomato
    1 slice of cheese
    2 slices of wheat bread (tortilla if you are on the run)

Directions

Spray non stick skillet with pam and heat, add egg whites and whole egg and onion, cook till done, make it similar to an omlet as you will be placing eggs on toast. While eggs are cooking, toast your bread (or heat your tortilla), when toast and eggs are done, place eggs on toast, top eggs with cheese, then tomato, then other piece of toast. You can use a small amount of mustard if you wish to.
