Introduction
tomato 3, carrot 2 and onion 1.finely chopped.Place a pan on the stove, pour 2 spoons of oil, fry onion till light brown, add carrot cook for 3-4 minutes, then add tomatoes and cover the lid . cook for 5-7 minutes till the vegetables are cooked. Then blend in a mixie, add little water and 1 tsp salt, bring to boil.
Serve hot with pepper powder and croutons.
