Ingredients

4 cans Starkist Chunk Light Tuna in water (6 oz cans)
1/2 cup chopped raw onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 chopped jalapeno (optional)
3 large hard boiled eggs
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
Directions
Drain water from tuna. Mix drained tuna in large bowl with chopped onion, celery, and jalapeno. Peel, mash, and mix in the boiled eggs. Stir in mayo. Best if served cold. can be served in a lettuce bed with or without tomato wedges or as a sandwich. Makes 10 servings (based on 2.5 oz serving size).
