Introduction
This is my go-to dinner for night's when I just don't have a lot of time, and it's one of my husband's favorites. You can substitute boneless pork sirloin chops for the chicken. I like topping mine with some chopped dill pickle. This is my go-to dinner for night's when I just don't have a lot of time, and it's one of my husband's favorites. -
2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast (We like using breast tenderloins)
1 Cup of your favorite BBQ Sauce
1/4 Cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
Salt and pepper
Garlic Powder (optional)
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet on high.
Season chicken or pork with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add chicken to the pan and season the other side.
