Introduction

I generally make this to go with toast I generally make this to go with toast
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 medium onion chopped
    1 cup diced carrots (forget usually)
    1 diced red bell pepper (used frozen peppers)
    1 cup green beans (in 1/2 inch pieces) (used frozen)
    1 cup corn kernels (used frozen)
    1 16 oz. can vegetarian baked beans (used the Heinz Beans in Tomato Sauce)
    1/2 tsp. BBQ seasoning (used 2T of BBQ sauce)
    3 T BacOs Bacon Bits

Directions

Heat oven 375. Saute onions, carrots, peppers, green beans in water in skillet until veggies are soft. Sir in corn and baked beans, bbq sauce. Heat thru. Pour in to 8" square sprayed baking dish. Cover and bake for 30 mins.

The original recipe calls for being topped with cheese. I add it to my husbands side, but I eat it plain.

    Very Good
    didnt have bbq sauce so i used some ketchup and a little mustard. i also added 1/2 o link of soyrizo (im a vegitarian) fried up 1st. didnt use baco's. even better the next day! - 5/12/10
