Ingredients

    -1 Pkg. Quaker Instant Maple Brown Sugar
    (Low Sugar) Oatmeal
    -8 ozs. Milk
    -1/2 Banana
    -4 oz. Plain Low Fat Yogurt
    -Ice Cubes

Directions

Makes 1 10 oz Smoothie

Mix all all ingredients together in blender. Add ice to thicken and blend well.
