Ingredients

    1 can of stewed tomatoes
    5 boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
    1 can chicken broth
    2 cups of split peas (dry)
    5 cups rice
    1 can corn
    1 cup spanish olives cut
    Taco seasoning
    4 tble spoons of Olive olil


Directions

Brown chicken in skillet with seasonings
When brown add all other ingredients pluss one cup of water. Bring to boil and then put in oven at 325 untill rice is fully cooked.
