1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
dash of salt
3/4 cup milk

Layer sliced, peeled peaches over batter.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon over peaches.
Bake approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Best if still warm, from the oven. Wonderful with cream or ice cream.
