Introduction

During serious diet and exercises periods,This is my staple lunch. During serious diet and exercises periods,This is my staple lunch.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Fresh Ginger
    Red Miso
    Fresh Sprouts
    Fresh vegetables
    Fresh corriander, basil, or mint
    Dried Bonito Fish Stock
    Seaweed
    Hot sauce

Directions

4 cups of Boiling water(32oz) ( 2 cups per servings =16 oz)
Grate as much fresh ginger as you like and put in water.
Add to Boiling water fresh vegetables ( celeri, mushrooms, carrots etc. NO STARCH vegetables) 5 minutes MAX
ADD 1.5 t tsp Wakame (dried seaweed) and a cup of fresh sprouts.(soybeans)
Remove from heat pour Clear liquid in Japanese styple MISO soup bowls
NEVER PUT MISO IN BOILING WATER, it destroys all nutritional value!
Add 1TBSP RED Miso IN EACH BOWL
Add .1/2 TSP dried Bonitofish Soup stock( NO MSG KIND)
STIR WELL
ADD VEGETABLES frorm the pot.
Sprinkle any of you favorite freshly cut HERB ( corriander, basil, etc.
Serve warm to hot
Add Hot sauce individually
ENJOY!
