Introduction
This was a delicious sounding recipe but it was 300+ calories per slice, and I thought that was too much for bread so I changed it a little. Ingredients

3 Eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup applesauce
2 cups Grated Zucchini
3 cups White Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Raisins
1 cup Crushed Pineapple
Directions
Mix ingredients well. Pour into 2 non-stick bread pans or spray 2 bread pans with nonstick spray. Bake for one hour at 325 degrees. Let cool before serving. Makes 24 slices.
