Introduction

All the great taste of fudge, no sugar! Great for any "diet". I like it as a spread on bagels myself, but, a great little chocolate treat, with less guilt! All the great taste of fudge, no sugar! Ingredients

    16 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened

    2 unsweetened chocolate squares (1ounce each) melted and cooled

    1/2 cup sugar substitute (Splenda, Equal, etc.)

    1 tsp vanilla extract



Directions

In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, chocolate, sweetener and vanilla until smooth. Pour into 8-inch square baking pan lined with foil. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 16 squares. Serve chilled

    Not sure if I made it wrong or something, but very bitter tasting. Did not taste at all like fudge, never got really solid. - 2/13/11

    Just put a mini batch in the fridge. For reference, icecube trays are a good way of making bitesize portions :)

    Will let you know how they turn out in the morning!

    Please tell me what I did wrong. I coudn't cut it, it was like silly putty. I was very dissappointed. - 4/22/08
