Ingredients

Apples, cored and chopped, medium
Baby Carrots, raw, 1/2 carrot shredded
Celery, raw, 1/2 stalk, medium chopped
Fat Free Plain Yogurt, 1/2 c.
Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 2 tsp
Jack Daniels Mustard, 1 tsp
Salt, 1/8 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Cabbage, fresh, 1.5 cup, shredded
Scallions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
Directions
Core and chop apple. Shred Carrot. Slice Celery. Put aside.
Medium bowl, stir together yogurt, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. Add apple and stir to coat thoroughly (this will help prevent the browning of the apple).
Add carrot, celery, cabbage and green onion. Toss thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate from 1- 1 and a half hours.
