Ingredients

    vegtable Oil, .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Zucchini, 3 cup, mashed
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    *Flour, white, 3 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, .75 tsp

Directions

mix all dry and all wet seperately and combine.
cook at 325 for 60 minutes
let cool before slicing
good in freezer
