Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pepperoni stick, diced
    1 seedless cucumber, diced
    2 lb. colby jack cheese, diced
    2 lb. mozzarella cheese, diced
    2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, diced
    16 medium radishes, sliced
    2 cans black olives, sliced
    2 boxes tri-color rotini noodles
    1 bottle Zesty Italian dressing

Directions

Cook noodles according to box directions and let cool. Mix all ingredients in very large bowl, stir well. Refridgerate overnight. Refridgerate all leftovers.

Can serve up to 50 people, depending on serving size.
