Ingredients

3/4 cup Flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground Allspice
1/4 cup chopped Walnuts
1 cup chopped Apple
1/2 cup Brown Sugar--packed
1/4 cup Egg substitute
3 tblsp Land o Lakes Light Margarine
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, and Oats in a bowl.
In separate bowl, combine chopped apple, brown sugar, egg substitute, and margarine until well blended
Pour wet ingredients into flour mixture and mix with a spoon or spatula. Mixture will be fairly stiff.
drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet or into Mini Muffin pan sprayed with cooking spray
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
