Ingredients

* 15 Fresh Asparagus Spears
* Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
* Garlic, 2 clove
* Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 0.5 tbsp (remove)
* Pecorino Romano, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Approx 5 Asparagus Spears = 1 serving
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash and snap off the tough ends of the asparagus.
Place asparagus in an oven-safe dish, pan, cookie sheet, etc.
Drizzle olive oil over asparagus.
Press 2 garlic cloves over asparagus.
Squeeze the juice of 1/2 - 1 lemon over asparagus.
Salt to taste.
Toss asparagus so that the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt evenly coat each spear.
Sprinkle approx. 1 tbs of pecorino romano over the spears.
Place in oven for 15-20 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy :)
