Ingredients

    3 cups chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 lb ground turkey

    2 tsp Mrs Dash tomato basil garlic (or your favorite seasionings)
    1 15 oz can stewed tomatoes (I like the italian flavored)
    1 24 oz can favorite spaghetti sauce
    1 cup canned mushrooms

    12 lasagna noodles (boiled with 1 Tbsp virgin olive oil)

    2 packages frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
    3 cups shredded lowfat mozzarella cheese
    1 24 oz container fat free cottage cheese
    2 large eggs

    1 cup shredded lowfat mozerella cheese

Directions

In skillet, brown turkey with pepper and onion until browned, and vegetables soft

Mix in Mrs Dash, tomatoes, sauce, and mushrooms

In separate bowl, mix spinach, cheeses, and eggs.

Cover the bottom of a 9X13 inch baking dish with a thin layer of sauce mixture. Begin layers. 3 cooked lasagna noodles, 1/4 sauce mixture, 1/3 cheese mixture. Finish with last 1/4 sauce mixture, then top with 1 cup shredded mozzarella. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 50 minutes. Let set for 10-15 minutes before serving.
