Introduction

I made this on a cool rainy night and everyone loved it. I served it with shredded cheese and roasted garlic parmesan bread on the side. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 cups raw potatos, diced small
    3 cups 2% milk
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
    1/2 cup Hormel Real Bacon Pieces
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Scrub and small dice potatoes. Cover with water and boil until water is thick and soupy. Reduce heat and add garlic, milk, butter, bacon and parsley. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with shredded cheddar/jack cheese if desired.

Makes 6-1 1/2 cups servings.
