Introduction

Ingredients

    Nasoya Round Wraps 10 wraps per serving, 2 servings
    Apples, fresh, 1 medium chopped
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed
    cornstarch
    water

Directions

Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Chop apples into very small pieces. Mix with applesauce and sugar. Blend 1TBS cornstarch with about 2 TBS water and add to apple/applesauce mixture. Add cinnamon to taste. Put approx 1to 1 1/2 tsp of mixture into each wrap. Fold and seal edges. Brush with melted butter if you like or spray with butter flavor cooking spray. Bake about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Serve warm. (You can also bake the wraps in a mini muffin pan until brown and then add the apple mixture, return to the oven for 7-8 minutes or until the apples are bubbly.) Makes 20.
