    1 cup brown rice
    1 cup of beef broth
    1 14.5 oz can of chicken broth
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp salt


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a 2 quart casserole dish, mix together rice, beef broth, chicken broth, butter, garlic salt, and seasoned salt. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 60 minutes, until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.

    Great and easy! I added minced garlic, as I put garlic in nearly everything. I also like my rice cooked a bit more than suggested, therefore, I baked it for an additional 10 minutes..perfect! - 5/3/10
