Ingredients

    Dole Pineapple - Chunks (In its own juice), 8 oz
    Cornstarch, 1 tsp
    La Choy Lite Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Heinz Chili Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp
    Sesame Oil, 2 1tsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 - coarsely chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 medium
    Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz


Directions

Drain pineapple juice, reserving juice; set pineapple chunks aside. Combine reserved juice, cornstarch, and next 3 ingredients.

Add oil to a large skillet or wok and palce over medium-high heat until hot. Add green pepper and onion - stir fry 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add shrimp; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.

Stir cornstarch mixture and pineapple chunks into shrimp mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Serve immediately.
