Ingredients

    3 c. Zucchini, sliced
    2 c. Summer Squash, sliced
    2 c. Cauliflower pieces
    6 slices Bacon, cooked but not crisp
    1 c. Pace Four Cheese Dip

Directions

Combine zucchini, squash, and cauliflower in casserole dish, pour cheese dip over it, then lay bacon slices on top. Bake at 350 until squash is tender.
