    1 cup milk
    1T honey
    2C buttermilk
    1.5C rolled oats
    1C whole wheat flour
    1t baking soda
    0.5t salt
    2 eggs, beaten

Directions

Mix:
milk, honey.
Add:
buttermilk, rolled oats.
Beat in:
flour, soda, salt, eggs.

Fry on a hot griddle immediately, or let sit for 1-24 hours.
