Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2 lbs potatoes
    2 lb head of cauliflower cut into small florets
    3 tbsp margarine
    1 cup soy milk or add slowwly for desired consistancy

Directions

peel and cube potatoes and steam for 10 min
add cauliflower and steam 15 min more
check to be sure both are soft with fork
mash with potatoe masher
add milk and margarine more or less to your taste.
