Ingredients

    Hunt's Tomato Puree 1/4 c. p/serving, 2 cup (remove)
    Ground beef, lean, 32 oz (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 plum tomato (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)

Directions

Sautee veggies with ground beef, add puree, simmer to desired taste. Serve alone (for you low-carbers!!) or over pasta. Accompany with a delish salad!

    This was quite the hit with the kids. I did leave the veggies in though. Also, substituted turkey instead off beef, still very yummy! - 9/18/08

    Incredible!
    I also added green pepper and onion. You can puree the veggies if you really need to "hide" them! And low carbers can serve over spaghetti squash! - 9/14/08

    Oh, green pepper, that sounds delish! I had some orange peppers, that might not be too bad either. Emilio, my oldest, ate two bowls, he LOVED it....he he he, if only he knew! ;-)
