Introduction

makes 3 pizzas or a large loaf makes 3 pizzas or a large loaf

Ingredients

    585g spelt flour (4.5 cups)
    7g package instant yeast
    5g sugar
    15g olive oil
    1tbs lethicin
    15g linseed
    4cups plus 100mls water, possibly 15 mls extra needed

Directions

put all the ingredients into the breadmaker, in the order given by the manufacturer
we do: water sugar, oil, linseed, lethicin, flour and yeast on top. Set to dough cycle and proceed to making pizzas, alternately bake as a loaf. Check after 15 mins if a little more water needed
