This is an amazing banana bread that is totally healthy. If you can't tolerate the oat flour, replace it with millet flour and it tastes just as good! Ingredients

    3/4 Cup Organic Whole Grain Quinoa Flour
    1 Cup Organic Oat Flour
    1/4 Cup Flax Meal
    2 Eggs
    1/2 Cup Agave Nectar
    1/3 Cup Almond Oil
    4 med-small Very Ripe Bananas
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 Cup Vegan Chocolate Chips

Directions

Makes 12 1/4 inch slices

Grease (spray) loaf pan. Mash very ripe bananas in bowl. Add all other ingredients (except chocolate chips) and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips, pour in pan and bake for 45 to 60 minutes until top is golden brown and middle is set.

Enjoy!

Note: I have used all different kinds of oil in this recipe...almond, walnut, grape-seed...they all taste great!!
