A little "Elvis" reminescent. This is very banana heavy so you will get a huge influx of potassium which may be good before or after a workout. I just have a craving for bananas at times. Ingredients

    4 cups Nonfat milk
    3 medium Bananas
    4 tbsp Jif reduced fat peanut butter
    2 tbsp chocolate syrup

Directions

put milk and bananas (in pieces) in a blender. Turn on high to blend/liquefy. Then add in the peanut butter and chocolate and blend.
