Ingredients

    1 lb pork chops
1 can healthy choice mushroom soup
1/2 cup or so white wine (or water)
    garlic
    mushrooms (opt)
    black pepper

Directions

put a coat of olive oil or cooking spray in a pan and get it hot. grind some black pepper onto both sides of the chops and sear each side until light brown (3min each?) Put them into a casserole dish but leave the pan on and pour the wine/water into the pan to deglaze. stir in the garlic and soup and then pour over chops. Add the mushrooms if you want. Cover and bake on 325 for 1 1/2 hours or until chops are falling apart. The soup and wine combo makes a great gravy for mashed potatoes.
