    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Portabella Mushrooms, 227 grams (remove)
    *Margarine-like spread, Country Crock, regular, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup (remove)
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 03.5 cup (remove)
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) (remove)


Heat margarine in skill to sautee onions and dice mushrooms and garlic. Add in ground turkey and brown. Add 1 cup semi-cooked rice, diced tomatoes (reserve juice) and tomato paste. stir all ingredients together. Add juice for diced tomatoes if it seems too thick.
Cut tops off of peppers and spoon in stuffing. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until desired pepper softness.
