    1/8 c. non-fat plain greek yogurt
    1 1/2 tsp. mayo
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/8 tsp. kosher salt
    dash of pepper
    3 oz. rotisserie chicken, chopped
    1/4 stalk celery, sliced thin
    1/2 c. seedless red grapes, halved
    1/8 c. walnuts, chopped and toasted
    1 tbsp. cilantro


In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, mayo, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken, celery, grapes, walnuts, and cilantro. Stir together until everything is coated evenly. Eat as is or on bread.

  • THANK YOU, THANK, THANK YOU! Tasted great! I loved this dish! I'm a single peron and I cook for one. It is a pleasure to find a recipe with I can use as is without going through the hassle of cutting it down to ONE SERVING.
