Ingredients

    4 oz Whole Wheat Elbow Macaroni
    4 Cups Broccoli (chopped and steamed)
    1 Cup Shredded Light Monterey Jack and Cheddar Cheese
    4 oz ham chopped
    4 Extra Large Eggs
    1 Cup Nonfat Milk
    4 Tbsp Parmesan Grated


Directions

Lightly steam broccoli. Cook Pasta to Al Dente, Mix pasta, broccoli, ham, and cheese. Whisk milk and egg together and pour over pasta, vegetable and meat mixture. Sprinkle with parmasan. Bake covered 35 minutes. Uncover and continue baking until cheese is lightly browned (About 10 minutes)
