1 lb. stew beef, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 med. onion, chopped
5 stalks of celery, chopped
2 28 oz. cans of crushed tomato
1 28 oz. can of diced tomato
1 28 oz. can of red kidney beans
1 28 oz. black beans
6 TBLS. chili powder
1 TBLS. cumin
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown: beef, onions, peppers and celery.
Season with the spices. Add the tomaties, and beans. Bring to a roling boil, then simmer. Stir often.
Serves 8 - 10 for dinner.
May be served with rice or corn bread.
