Introduction

This dish is quick and very simple. All the good stuff with no guilt. Recipe yields 3.5 cups but figures are based on 1/3 cup servings for sandwiches. This dish is quick and very simple. Ingredients

    2.5 Cups Cooked Chicken Breast Shredded or Cut Up
    1/2 Cup Kraft Fat Free Mayo
    2 Stalks Celery (11"-12" long)
    1/4 Cup Onion Chopped
    Salt to taste
    20 Red grapes

Directions

Boil Chicken till done. Shred by hand or cut into cubes when cooled.
While chicken is cooking, chop celery, onion, and cut up grapes.
Put all ingredients in bowl and stir together.
I enjoy this on toasted 40 calorie bread for a delicious lunch but would be great on salad as well.
