Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 1 packet
    Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix (1 oz. packet)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz)
    *Green Chili Peppers, canned, 1 can (4 oz)
    *Bush's Chili Beans, 1 can (12 oz)
    Beans, red kidney, 1 can (12 oz)
    Ro*Tel diced tomatoes & green chilis, 1 can
    Stewed Tomatoes, 1 can
    2 cans Water, 24 fl oz

Directions

Brown the beef, rinse and drain. Add taco seasoning and Ranch dressing mix while simmering beef. Add remaining ingredients to a large soup/chili pot. Bring to a slow boil. Add sat & pepper to taste. Reduce heat and simer for 30 minutes.

Makes approx. 12 1-cup servings.
