Ingredients


    Gravy
    2 cups water (gravy)
    2 small chicken bouillon cubes
    2 tb soy sauce
    4 tb corn starch
    1/4 cup cold water

    Stir fry Mix
    6 oz grilled chicken sliced in to 1 in. pieces
    1 bag broccoli stir fry veggies ( if you prefer other veggies thats fine. Its great with any vegtable mixture.)
    2 tb soy sauce
    1 tb olive oil
    dash salt

    2 c Brown rice

Directions

Put stove on med. and add olive oil. When oil is ready add stir fry vegtables and cook for 7-10 min.
Mean while on grill , grill chicken till done or use prepared chicken. I grill chicken ahead of time and freeze it till I need it.
Add chicken to stir fry vegtables.Add 2 tbl. soy sauce. Lower heat and heat thourghly.

Start gravy.
In a saucepan on med/high heat add 2 cup water
2 chicken bouillon cubes , 2 tb soy sauce. Mix till bouillon is dissolved. Heat till boiling. Lower heat to low.
In a small cup add 1/4 cup water and add 4 tb cornstarch. Mix till disolved and add slowly to soy sauce solution mixing well. Remove from heat.
Make your brown rice according to directions. This recipe calls for 2 cups.

    Incredible!
    Was pretty flavorfull, and my husband really enjoyed it. I changed a few things tho. I didnt have bulluion cubes, so I just used chicken stock... worked just fine. I also used bok choy, brocolli, water chestnuts, peas, celery, and chicken.... yummy - 2/16/12
