Introduction

High in sodium, but these are ingredients I have on hand. Might be good with little sour cream added and either cheese, parmesan cheese, or bread crumbs on top. Ingredients

    1 (12 oz.) pkg. Food Lion Whole Wheat Egg Noodles
    1 can Kroger Mushroom Soup
    1 C. Skim Milk
    1 can Green Giant Mushrooms
    1 can LeSuer Peas
    12 oz. Rainbow Trout (cooked-deboned)
    2 Tbsp. Butter
    Dried herbs of choice

Directions

Mix ingredients and place in sprayed 9 x 13 dish. Dot with the butter. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 F. for 35 to 40 minutes.
