    Ingredients:


    3.5 cups Reduced Sodium Beef Stock
    3 cups Water
    5 large onions, sliced
    2 tsp fresh Thyme
    1 Nutrasweet Equal packet
    1 clove minced Garlic
    6 Swedish Crisp Toasts
    6 slices Light Provolone Cheese


Directions

Cook onions until lightly browned, add garlic, and cook until soft. Add rThyme, stock, water, and sweetner and simmer 20 minutes.

Place Crisp Toast at bottom of bowl, top with slice of cheese and add soup. Lovely if browned in oven for 5 minutes.

Makes 6 servings - 1.25 cups each
