OMG!!! SOOOO easy! It took less time to make this than a bowl of cereal! I added LOTS of spinach, pico de gallo(big jar from Costco), some carrots (pre-sliced from a bag). I didn't even measure out ANYTHING! Cooked on low ALL DAY...EVERYONE (KIDS ESPECIALLY!) KIDS TOLD ME "Make THIS a lot, Mom)!!! - 10/4/12

This is so easy. Was given new slow cooker for Christmas. Used this recipe for first cooking. Came out great. Have
two roommates with two stomachs each. It was so easy, and tasted great. I added more garlic, green bell peppers, chopped onions & Italian seasoning. Glad I took mine out first! Great!
