Introduction
Acorn Squash with pineapple, raisins, light butter and brown sugar. Veggies and Fruits never tasted so good!! Acorn Squash with pineapple, raisins, light butter and brown sugar. Veggies and Fruits never tasted so good!!Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients

1 Acorn Squash
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. Land O Lakes light whipped butter, salted
1/4 c. splenda brown sugar (the blended kind)
1 c. fresh pineapple chunks
Directions
Makes 12 1/2 cup servings.
Cut Acorn Squash in half, and place face down in baking dish in preheated oven at 450 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, add remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. When acorn squash is done, transfer to plate and using a sharp knife, cut peel off of squash. Place squash in mixing bowl, and mash ingredients together. (This is mainly for the pineapple and squash.) Then use a spoon to mix well. Can use a mixer if preferred to mix well.
