Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Cooking Spray
    1 small onion
    1/2 cup diced green or yellow bell pepper
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lb extra lean ground turkey
    1(8 oz) can tomato sauce (no salt added)
    2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon tomato paste
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    5 wheat kaiser rolls, toasted

Directions

1.Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat. Add Onion, bell pepper and garlic; cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Crumble turkey into skillet; cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomato sauce, Worchestershire, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Simmer uncovered 10-15 minutes or until sauce thickens. Spoon mixutre onto bottom of toasted rolls, close with roll tops.
