Introduction

This easy white chicken chili can be made just from items already in your pantry! This easy white chicken chili can be made just from items already in your pantry!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 12.5 oz. can of cooked chicken
    2 16 oz cans of Great Northern (cannellini)
    beans, rinsed and drained
    .25 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    .5 tsp ground cumin
    salt & pepper to taste
    sour cream (optional)
    shredded cheese (optional)

Directions

In your slowcooker, combine all ingredients listed above, except optional sour cream and cheese. Cover and cook on low setting 5-6 hours, or high 3-4. Remember that all ingredients are already cooked...You are just warming chili through and allowing flavors to combine.

If desired, top with a tablespoon of light sour cream and a sprinkle of low-fat shredded cheese (not included in nutritional information). Makes 4 generous servings.
