Ingredients

    3/4lb lean ground turkey
    1/2 onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1tsp season salt
    1tsp pepper
    1can carrots
    1can corn
    1 large potato
    1small bagg frozen peas
    2 pkgs brown gravy mix
    2 cups bisquick
    1 cup non fat milk
    2 eggs

Directions

Cook in frying pan ground turkey, onions, garlic and spices,

once browned add gravy mix and vegetables to pan. Allow gravy mix to thicken slightly about 5 minutes.

Combine bisquick, milk and eggs

Pour meat mixture into a 9X13 baking pan.
Pour bisquick mixture over the meat mixture.
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30 or until browned.
