Ingredients

    2 large baking potatoes with skin
    1 tablespoon oil
    herbs and spices to taste

Directions

1. Preheat over to 400 degrees F.
2. Slice potatoes in the shape of french fries; a mandolin makes this simple.
3. Place potatoes in large zip lock bag
4. Add oil and herbs and spices
5. Shake bag to coat the potatoes
6. Place potatoes on a cookie sheet and bake for approx 30-35 minutes
7. Place under the broiler for the last few minutes to really crisp them up.

Cooking time is approximate, keep an eye on them.
